Where can I buy an ALT bag?

All purchases are made exclusively through our website: www.altmanila.com

We currently do not operate physical stores or pop-ups.
How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple:

  1. Select your preferred bag and color
  2. Add to cart and proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your contact and delivery details
  4. Complete payment through our secure checkout

Once payment is successful, your order is automatically confirmed.
Can I change or edit my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible through Messenger, Instagram or Viber.

We’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed or shipped.

Do I need to send proof of payment?

No. Once your payment is completed, your order is automatically confirmed—no need to send any proof.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be paid online before processing.
Why are prices different on the website vs social media?

Prices on our website already include shipping, while prices on Instagram and Facebook show the bag price only.

This allows you to see your total cost upfront when ordering online.

We offer nationwide door-to-door delivery across the Philippines via trusted courier partners.
How much is the shipping fee and delivery time?

Metro Manila (NCR):

  • ₱90 per bag (included in product price)
  • Delivery: 1–2 working days

Provincial Areas:

  • ₱250 per bag (included in product price)
  • Delivery: 3–9 working days

No deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
Is the shipping fee per bag?

Yes. Each bag is shipped as an individual parcel to ensure proper handling and protection.

  • Items marked “Sold Out” are currently unavailable
  • Items marked “Pre-order” are not immediately on-hand

Our website reflects the most accurate and up-to-date stock availability.
What colors are available for each bag?
